Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from us at Hustle & Grace Designs! Here are the details of our return and exchange policy:

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Conditions:

• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are only accepted in cases where the seller is at fault, such as sending the wrong color, item, or font after we've agreed on the invoice or the website listing.
• You have a total of 3 days from the time of delivery (even on weekends) to bring up any issues. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
• Refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for products you bought will not be processed under normal circumstances.
• Our products include embroidery, sublimation, screen printing, tie-dye migration, or direct-to-film.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at shophgdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Response Time: We aim to respond within 48 hours. Please allow us the full time to address your inquiries.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification.
